Why we built Goodmorning
For two decades, my life was a relentless sprint.
My passion was forging elegant simplicity from crushing complexity – making the impossible, effortless. I was a master optimizer, refining every process, every
system… except the one that mattered most: myself.
I had conquered boardrooms and balance sheets. I'd raised capital, scaled
companies, sold them and led teams across time zones, around the clock. By every external measure, I was succeeding. Yet, beneath the surface, a different reality was taking hold. The constant hum of high-pressure environments was morphing into a deafening roar.
I was drowning in stress
The signs were unmistakable. Sleep became a forgotten luxury, replaced by restless
nights and an ever-present hum of anxiety. My body, once a reliable machine, began
to betray me – an endless cycle of illness.
The very success I chased was eroding my well-being, leaving me depleted, hollowed out. I was losing myself to the grind. This wasn't just "part of the job" anymore. This was a crisis.
So, I embarked on a different kind of journey – a desperate search for respite. I dove headfirst into ancient wisdom and modern science: the fluidity of Tai Chi, the grounding power of Chi Gong, the expansive breath of Pranayama, the quiet strength of meditation, the focus of breathwork, the serenity of yoga. For years, these practices became my anchors in the storm.
My soul craved space. Clarity. Unburdened simplicity. Then I found it. Just a single, mindful minute has the power to recalibrate your entire day.
It was profoundly practical & mesurable
